No art skills are needed. Everyone can benefit.

Some clients say, "I can't draw. I'm not good at it." So we start from there. When you don't know what to make that day, that's OK too. Art Therapy is your space to be productive with or without words, try something new, and discover your narratives and meanings.

A fresh sheet of paper or a piece of clay is a fresh start. Using your creativity and imagination helps exercise your body and mind. You'll learn to deepen your understanding of your life, increase self-reflection, and be kind to yourself and others.
